In March 2026, Northern Terroir had the honor of representing Armenia at **FOODEX Japan 2026, held at Tokyo Big Sight.
Over the course of the exhibition, we welcomed a diverse and inspiring international audience, from importers and distributors to sommeliers and wine professionals, all united by a shared curiosity for discovery.
Throughout the days, our stand became a meeting point for conversations around Armenia’s winemaking heritage and the distinctive character of Tavush. We presented our wines crafted from indigenous grape varieties, offering a glimpse into a region where nature, history, and craftsmanship come together.
A particularly meaningful moment for our team was the visit of the Ambassador of Armenia to Japan, marking a moment of recognition and shared pride in presenting Armenian wine on a global stage.
FOODEX Japan 2026 was not only an opportunity to introduce our wines, but also to build new relationships and strengthen existing ones. The interest and engagement we experienced reaffirm our belief that Armenian wine continues to find its place in the international landscape.
